It all started with a pillow case…
Stitching The Word started with the idea for being able to read a scripture while laying your head on a pillow.
As these ‘Scripture Cases’ were made for pastoral visitations to the hospital, additional items were thought of and created. Next came ‘Scripture Rag Quilts’. Now we have an assortment of products that are designed and made by our Chief Stitcher, Jean.
We are a small, woman, veteran-owned, family-run business. It all started 12 years ago with pillow cases. Now our goal is to keep you in stitches and make you HAPPY by providing quality workmanship and positive apparel. Home of the “My Happy Shirt”.
Word of mouth has broadened her business to include branding your business, group, club or family through decorating apparel, hats, bags blankets and other items.
